April 5, 201610 yr I've got this irritating feature on my system now. Just as if I've altered an active scenery area, the scenery database keeps rebuilding at every startuo, except I didn't I've disabled all but the default scenery areas with SceneryConfig Editor, and the issue stil persists. I'm painfully aware that something propably got changed in my World\scenery or Global\scenery, but I'm not able to figure it out. I wonder if there are any way to intercept which element this process actually grabs, through a log file or something? Cheers,

April 5, 201610 yr Author Thanks mate, I have read it through and tried all suggestions except repair... Ain't sure if I dare Would like to know if there's a kind of log for the FSX startup though. Cheers,
April 12, 201610 yr Had this problem. Found the culprit in I believe the exe.xml file. There was an erroneous entry. Might have been the dll.xml file.
April 12, 201610 yr How many sceneries you have in your scenery.cfg? i7-8700K 3.70 GHz, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, Samsung SSD 840 840 EVO 1TB, RAM 16 GB, Triple Monitors : 2 LG and Planar touch screen PCT 2265 as main monitor, Windows 10 up to date 🙂
April 13, 201610 yr I know little bit sceneryConfig Editor Im sure is a good configurator tool. Have you try to load your FS without scenery I mean only with the basic sceneries above Addon Scenery in your scenery.cfg. Maybe you have too much addons. I create a launcher FSLaunchPad who can maybe help you to make some tests rapidly by removing or adding only sceneries that you want.. I uploaded the last version last weekend on avsim here : http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=fslaunchpad&CatID=root&Go=Search Let me know if you have any questions or help. i7-8700K 3.70 GHz, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, Samsung SSD 840 840 EVO 1TB, RAM 16 GB, Triple Monitors : 2 LG and Planar touch screen PCT 2265 as main monitor, Windows 10 up to date 🙂

April 13, 201610 yr Author Thanks Pilecan, I have SCE, and the problem persitst even if I disable all areas snd just run default. I think there's a rogue file in the global\scenery or world\scenery, perhaps left by a bad uninstaller? Cheers,
