April 10, 201610 yr I am needing some help please. I am doing a new computer rebuild, I have installed win10 64bit, P3D v3.2 (ver 3.2.3.16769) FSUIPC ver 4.9.4.9h (i dont know what the 'h' means) after first installing P3D I ran it, then installed Prosim737 then I installed FSUIPC, the log file seems all good and registration process was fine. The issue is when I load P3D I cannot find the FSUIPC calibration screen, normally this sits under the menu bar within the running sim under addons, but it is not there. Does anybody know where it has gone??

April 10, 201610 yr Look at your DLL.XML Is this entry in it? <Launch.Addon> <Name>FSUIPC 4</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>Modules\FSUIPC4.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> Martin
April 10, 201610 yr Are the entries in the dll.exe file? For example: <Launch.Addon> <Name>FSUIPC 4</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>Modules\FSUIPC4.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> <Launch.Addon> Martin beat me to it Mario Di Lauro
April 10, 201610 yr Author here is the dll.xml, can you see any errors here?? <?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252"?> <SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0"> <Descr>Launch</Descr> <Filename>dll.xml</Filename> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad> <Launch.Addon> <Name>FSUIPC 4</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>Modules\FSUIPC4.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> </SimBase.Document>
April 10, 201610 yr Is that the only entry in your dll.xml file? Are other add ons showing up in your sim menu? Mario Di Lauro
April 10, 201610 yr Author That is the sum total for the dll.xml file <?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252"?> <SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0"> <Descr>Launch</Descr> <Filename>dll.xml</Filename> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad> <Launch.Addon> <Name>FSUIPC 4</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>Modules\FSUIPC4.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> </SimBase.Document> I am doing a fresh install on and brand new machine, have only installed P3D v3.2, FSUIPC and Prosim737 which is a standalone program that works through FSUIPC, hence why I need FSUIPC to be working.
April 10, 201610 yr Sometimes it helps edit in notepad. If you compare the dll. s above in this topic you can see from your dll. xml you might need to move the section one letter to the left starting frome <Name>FSUIPC 4</Name> Sometimes its enough that the dll entry is not loaded. April 11, 201610 yr Author Thanks a million Dave CBFS, the link did the trick, I had to manually install the simconnect thing from an old FSX version I tried altering the tab indent in DLL.xml and that didnt work. Once again thankyou, I love you guys.
