June 19, 20169 yr This was interesting. I though there would be no addons, but it appears that Taburet, the makers of a famed night lighting product, have actually made a vector addon for DTG Flight School. I wonder what else is possible! http://secure.simmarket.com/taburet-fsx-steam-europe-vectors.phtml Let me guess.... you want 64bit. Josh Daniels-Johannson
June 19, 20169 yr Everything that is working without 64Bit binaries is working as it worked in FSX. So pure data and configs are no problem. One guy was able to port over even aircrafts, with some issues of course but they fly at least.
June 19, 20169 yr I thought they changed the binary formats, even for data files, so it's interesting to know that some stuff is working. If anyone's trying this I'd suggest adding scenery.cfg entries that reference folders outside the steam folder so they don't get overwritten, and the same for the simobjectspath in fsc.cfg if adding aircraft. I wouldn't bother buying any payware addons for flight school though, it's not intended as a sim platform to invest in long term like you would with FSX or P3D. It's more of a throwaway product IMO. June 20, 20169 yr i have a feeling that the diamond would avaliable for the full sim too ... Image removed as image is no longer available.
June 20, 20169 yr To be honest, Flight School Scenery already looks way too "busy" for me, and this makes it even worse......... Its just really hard to even pretend you are looking at a real world, down there. We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.
