June 20, 20169 yr Hi, I have an issue I cant seem to solve. When I fly through or near clouds they turn black. When I am further away they are normal. I am using Prepar3d V3.5 with ASN, P3d tweak assistant, and the realism shader pack. http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2016/06/20/Untitled.jpg
June 20, 20169 yr You should start restoring your default or original Shaders (under ShadersHLSL on the main P3D folder), get your normal white clouds and then apply your preferred PTA settings and see again if you are back to normal (I don't think you should use PTA and RSP at the same time). January 16, 20179 yr Hello Mark and Simba Blacks clouds manly is due to a Corrupt ShadersHLSL folder Do these steps, In this order (1) Go to your Prepar3D v3 Install Location and Delete your ShadersHLSL folder (2) Go to your Prepar3D v3 download folder, Right Click on Install_Client.msi and Click Repair This will give you a Default (New) ShadersHLSL back (3) Delete your Shaders folder found here Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► you ► AppData ► Local ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D ► Shaders (4) Launch Prepar3D and confirm all is good again
