Occurred to me that some not familiar with Steam might not know there was a way to move games individually to other drives (like that new fast SSD). Theoretically, this program will work with ANY game/program, Steam or otherwise. http://www.traynier.com/software/steammover

A few simple steps can be done manually to do this as well, though they are not obvious to figure out on your own. See option 2 in this link: http://lifehacker.com/how-to-move-a-pc-game-to-another-hard-drive-without-re-1714706774.

I've used this method a few times with perfect results.  It can also be used to copy your steam games from an old computer to a new one without having to download them again, simply skip the delete local content step.

I can confirm Option 2 works very well. I have 3 SSD drives each holding a different Steam library. Moving games around all the time depending on mood, sales etc.

I moved my X-Plane 10 (300GB) with Option 2. Worked nicely. HD -> SSD
