November 16, 200520 yr Well put Scott. I have really enjoyed working on the Freeflow projects with you and the other Freeflow guys. Florida was a special project for me as I have worked in real world mapping there for decades. It was really sweet being able to put that local knowledge to work in a purely recreational project. Great fun and still great fun as we progress with it in new revisions.
November 16, 200520 yr Man, does this bring back memories:-) Did a ton of paints for the DF Archer and Cardinal, another ton for the F1 421, a few Falcon 50, and few default Barons, but really liked two specials for the FSD T38 Talon! Just checked and they are 1) Tiger by the Tail and 2) Chrome Eagle! Thanks for the memories.
November 16, 200520 yr "Panagra DC-7 El InterAmericano scheme"I think you answered your own question with that little statement right there...1. Panagra ??? Never heard of it, until this post. Not the slightest clue who/where/why. That alone gets a pass from me.2. DC-7, Hmmm When is the last time you saw a DC-7 in the screenshots fourm? For most people out there could only tell you that the DC-7 was made by Douglas from the DC and came after the DC-6 and Before the DC-8. Let alone tell you how many engines or if they were piston, turboprop, or jet engines on the wing. Now if you considered your best work to be a American Airlines B777, then you'd probably have a million downloads. Not to say you do bad work or anything, you do some great paints, have a few myself. You're best work might just have been the wrong airline, worng aircraft for the majority in the FS World. Please for the know it alls, I don't need a lesson in a DC-7 is I know, just making a statement. Keep up the great work Eric.http://publish.hometown.aol.com/p3superb/i...s/sign_name.jpg

November 16, 200520 yr Jeff, Im not looking for downloads on the Panagra paint I did. My point was that I found it to be my most interesting and satisfying contribution the Avsim Lib. I have made a LOT of contributions, but I happen to like this one. thats only a personal opinion. My purpose in this thread was to understand what other people like me thought their best work was. I want to make sure I download that stuff. Not so interested in what others opinions of my best work was...as what other authors thought of their own work. (not looking for conflict here...just want to be specific on whom I was asking the question of.)Eric AND
November 16, 200520 yr Eric, I remember you in the HJG prop forums bleeding everybody for info on that one. Its fun to see the community cooperate like that. Personally I'm flying your Western paints a lot with the Dc-6B. It's my favorite propliner behind the Connie. Thanks again for the great work as always!Hornit
November 16, 200520 yr I think my best yet (uploaded that is) is the 762 Awacs (opensky v4 series). I can say the entire 767v4 series, but the 763 and 762 normal editions dont have the updated nose and wingroot.

I thought you were asking This "X" repaint is my best work why hasn't no one downloaded it?. Wasn't trying to start anything either. Just a miss understanding on my part. As I have said I have do have some of your repaints, and like/enjoy your work very much. http://publish.hometown.aol.com/p3superb/i...s/sign_name.jpg
