July 15, 20169 yr Jim, I do not believe you are going to get max 4k resolution with that particular connection. You will need a HDMI cable with enough speed to carry the signal. Also you will need to plug it into the correct port on the computer and tv. You can do a google check for 4k HDMI requirements and or there are some posts here at AVSIM that explain the requirements for getting those nice 4K pictures. Hope this helps Terry
