Enabled effects;  USE_LEVELS;USE_TECHNICOLOR;USE_DPX;USE_LIFTGAMMAGAIN;

USE_VIBRANCE;USE_CURVES;USE_BLOOM

Btw, what graphics card are you using, my AMD card slows down in heavy cloud conditions.
