I am currently running FSX Gold Edition on my laptop. However, it isn't very powerful which makes it impossible to run PMDG 737NGX and the Aerosoft Airbus.

 

I found this on eBay, it has no operating system which is fine because you can buy Windows 7 cheaply now:

I was wondering if that PC would be powerful enough to run FSX/P3D at a good fps with addon scenery and complex addon aircraft (such as the PMDG 737NGX)

There is a configurator at the bottom.. See if you can upgrade the cooler to that water cooler for additional 65bucks  so you can overclock if required.

You don't have a video card selected.  Plan to buy that seperately? look for the GTX 10xx card that you can afford...

The machine you linked to on ebay has a 4790 cpu, NOT a 4790k, and only has onboard graphics, not a dedicated video card.  In short - junk

would be about the best you will find with a 6700k.  However this will not overclock due to the motherboard
