September 8, 20169 yr Hello, I am currently running FSX Gold Edition on my laptop. However, it isn't very powerful which makes it impossible to run PMDG 737NGX and the Aerosoft Airbus. I found this on eBay, it has no operating system which is fine because you can buy Windows 7 cheaply now: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-i7-4790-Quad-Core-4-0Ghz-16GB-2TB-HD4600-Gaming-PC-Desktop-Computer-/191889976621? I was wondering if that PC would be powerful enough to run FSX/P3D at a good fps with addon scenery and complex addon aircraft (such as the PMDG 737NGX) If not could you please help me find one that will work at a similar price. Many thanks, Ben

See if you can upgrade the cooler to that water cooler for additional 65bucks so you can overclock if required. You don't have a video card selected. Plan to buy that seperately? look for the GTX 10xx card that you can afford... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GIGABYTE-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1060-WINDFORCE-OC-3GB-GDDR5-2DVI-HDMI-DisplayPort-/191960639492?hash=item2cb1bee804:g:X~EAAOSwgmJXybEO Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter

September 8, 20169 yr This site seems to tell me that it should be powerful enough to run it: What is listed on the Jetline link and what you've listed on Ebay are not the same CPU. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
September 8, 20169 yr This site seems to tell me that it should be powerful enough to run it: http://jetlinesystems.com/performance/ The machine you linked to on ebay has a 4790 cpu, NOT a 4790k, and only has onboard graphics, not a dedicated video card. In short - junk You'd be better off buying this, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FAST-GAMING-EDITING-PC-LIQUID-COOLED-OVERCLOCKED-CHEAP-/201659441599?hash=item2ef3d6e1bf:g:oUEAAOSwFe5XybM2 then buying a GTX970 or 1060 to plug into it P3D v4.5 MSFS2020 Hisense 50" 4K TV Ryzen 9600x 64gb DDR5 6000mhz, Asrock B650m HDV/M.2 Gigabyte 16gb 9070XT, Thermalright Aqua Elite 240mm 2TB NVMe Boot/FS2020 Drive, 2TB NVMe P3D Drive. September 9, 20169 yr Would this work, guys? It would, with the graphic card, however, it would cost a fortune in shipping and customs charges from the USA P3D v4.5 MSFS2020 Hisense 50" 4K TV Ryzen 9600x 64gb DDR5 6000mhz, Asrock B650m HDV/M.2 Gigabyte 16gb 9070XT, Thermalright Aqua Elite 240mm 2TB NVMe Boot/FS2020 Drive, 2TB NVMe P3D Drive.
