September 27, 20169 yr For those of you with the 2013 version of Imaginesim's KCLT (Charlotte) for FSX, there's a just-updated version of the (free) FSX to P3D upgrade on the Imaginesim site that finally solved my issues with KCLT's night lighting in P3D, and it's pretty smooth in P3D (I'm using V3.3.5).
