December 9, 20169 yr SInce I reinstalled FSX and P3D I'm not able to pan or scroll smoothly in the virtual cockpit..I have great FPS but when panning with the mouse/hat switch or scrolling with the middle mouse button or keyboard, it is jerky. I didn't have this issue before I reinstalled so I am guessing it is something in my configuration. Looking for help. Thanks. December 9, 20169 yr Are you just using the default view commands to control the movement? Such as hat switch on your yoke hot keyed, etc.? Or are you using some sort of camera system? .

Yes, I failed to mention I have EZDok. I figured it out by actually reading the manual. NZXT H9 Elite Mid-Tower | ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi | AMD Ryzen 7800X3D | Corsair CW-9060060-WW iCUE H150i RGB ELITE Liquid CPU Cooler | G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series 64GB | MSI Suprim Liquid GeForce RTX 4090 24GB | Corsair RMe Series RM1200e ATX PSU | WD Blue SN580 M.2 2TB | Samsung SSD 990 Pro 2TB x 2 | Samsung Portable SSD T5 2TB | Windows 11 Pro 64-bit |
December 10, 20169 yr That's always been an issue for me as well. Short of Track IR or using the space bar/mouse panning, I could never get it really smooth with the hat switch.
December 10, 20169 yr Short of Track IR or using the space bar/mouse panning, I could never get it really smooth with the hat switch. Not sure if it applies in your case, but I found it was smoothest when defined in the FSX controls section. Other than my Cessna trim wheel, the hat switch is the only control function I don't have defined in FSUIPC4.
