Koltsovo 2006 USSS

Featured Replies

Downloaded it yesterday.USSS is superbly done, Flew Project Tupolev's Tu-154 there and was very impressed with the detail and the realism. With FS Metar providing the weather, I could feel the cold.I even had snow blowing across the runways and taxiways and the aprons were iced up.I landed and was assigned Gate 10. Dialled 1010 on the ADF (10 + the gate number) and there he was (see picture).Truly a wonderful add-on.My thanks to the team.[b/]http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/137442.jpg

If the exe thing is stopping you from getting this scenery you can always install it in a dummy folder then move everything to your FS2004 folder. Thats what I do with freeware exe stuff I want.

>Wow nice airport thanks for sharing that link!>>What kind of aircraft is that 4-engined turboprop?...IL-18? I>need to get one of those :(I regret, but the moderator of this forum deletes references to other resources :(

The reason why I made this post was because there was no info or pic advertising this excellent scenery but I knew as soon as I saw Tolmachevo Team I would d/l it...as soon as I installed it I knew it was a winner as John says "snow blowing across the runways and taxiways and the aprons were iced up and marshallers. Truly a wonderful add-on."I dislike .exe's also but had zero problems with this one.So I made this post to encourage others not to miss out on this excellent scenery as I myself tend to pass on files with no giff's or jpegs.

What other resources Pavel? I don't understand.....the IL-18 can be found here:http://il18.fluo.net/There is no english manual though, and the panel (especialy the navigation bit) are rather complex.Try starting with Samdims AN24 or the Tu154 from "Project Tupolev".Both come with very comprehensive english documentation.//Michael

"So I made this post to encourage others not to miss out on this excellent scenery"Thanks Ed. After reading this thread I decided to download and install the scenery despite my initial scepsis. The only disadvantage with this scenery is that you have to fly quite some distance to get there :-lolJozef K. http://homepages.onsnet.nu/~jkusters/signature.jpg
