March 8, 20179 yr I have been trying to install the PC-24. The instructions say to put the key file in my personal_folder. There is no personal_folder in the download though the developer says there is and to use my eyes. Has anyone installed this and the PC12 and can tell me as the support though quick is lacking. I will be generous and say because of language difficulties. Harry Woodrow
March 8, 20179 yr Hi Harry, I installed the PC-24 back in December. Looking over my files it looks like the key is used for the initial download. I didn't see a folder for the key. However, just make a folder named Personal_key, put the key file in it and try the install per instructions. I hope that works for you. Jim Morgan
