April 4, 20179 yr Hi, was wondering if anybody knows what the sound is in this video? Its A320 family you can generally only here between the wings and at rear of wings. Starts at about 1:10 in the tagged video maybe something to do with the cab fans? if

April 4, 20179 yr I may be wrong, but I think it is more likely to be the Yellow hydraulic system electric pump which, if I recall, is located in that area of the fuselage. Runs the cargo doors. Fuel pumps normally off as part of the parking checklist but would be turned back on at some point during the cockpit preparation. Simon Kelsey
