June 14, 20178 yr Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement for WideView/WideTraffic that will work with Prepar3d V4 64bit? I currently run a 3 screen/3 PC setup with WideView and would like to move to Prepar3d V4, but I don't think WideView will get updated to 64bit. Thanks David
June 14, 20178 yr You could look at Opus FSI. I don't know if it runs with P3Dv4 but it seems more likely to get updated that Wideview. MarkH https://www.youtube.com/@AlmostAviation AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D / 64Gb DDR5 / Zotac RTX 5070 Ti / 2560 x 1440 display
June 14, 20178 yr Why not just use 1 PC and chase plane to adjust the zoom/position etc the distortion is very minimum, wideview is great if you have 4 or more monitors. here is a video i did with my set up Asus Rampage VI Extreme Encore(water Cooled) EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Hybrid, 64 DD4 @ 2800 2 x 2x M.2 in raid 0.
June 15, 20178 yr Opus is updating for V4. However the issue with Opus is that you still need to use WideTraffic if you want AI traffic. Opus has indicated that they have no plans to create a WideTraffic version. Hopefully Luciano will see to it that WideView gets updated....there is still hope! Fred K

Perhaps Denali will update his Distortion Fix for P3Dv4. Otherwise you need 3 seperate views. It will cost fps but looks way better than nv surround... 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0

Therefore I use 3 2K monitors and have fps at Unlimited , monitors at 25 Hrtz and DXTory limiter at 27. Triple Buffering checked. This is smooth. Using 1 pc per outside view is the best you can have..... 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
