July 4, 20178 yr Hi, I am trying to update the PMDG B747 QOS for FSX-SE as well as the B777 according to notices in the Op's Center. After downloading the complete installer(s) from my PMDG account, un-zipping them and running them, I run into the following problem: FEATURE TRANSFER ERROR Feature: QOS II / B777 Component: Ops Center File: <Folder_SIM2>\ Error: The File name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect See screenshots: https://www.flickr.com/photos/141330124@N05/shares/N24f85 The installation aborts after the error. July 4, 20178 yr You failed to mention if you uninstalled the old versions with windows control panel before "un-zipping them and running them." If you didn't then that is your problem. Dan Downs KCRP

Thanks for help It says in the Operations centre that an uninstall and reinstall is required, on the page for that update. If you don't know what Estonia Migration Tool is then it's best to leave it that way Cheers, Chris Brand
