Is there a way to change the frame of the GTN units in the realair planes?

Featured Replies

They look a bit flat and unrealistic with not much detail compared to the ones in the A2A planes. Is it possible to modify the frame somehow, or better yet use the frames from the A2A planes in the realair planes?

Here's the frame around the GTN unit in the realair, its completely black with no detail at all:

And here's the frame on the A2A plane

So as you can see, the A2A GTN's frame looks much better.

The frame is part of the GTN itself. The realair cockpit masks it. All you could do would be to make the GTN smaller so it fits INSIDE the black frame - then you'd see the GTN frame but in panel, it would be small. You could still use it as a popup though.

That is a Carenado C182Q and the frame is the Flight1 GTN frame, not a2a.

Also, that is in FSX... not P3D..

So there's no way to fix the realair frame to make it look more like the Carenado/A2A?
