Hello guys!

First of all, sorry, it took a long time until I recognised that the ACARS-function in the CDU 3 is functional... 

Now I've got a little question regarding the date.

On the INITIALIZATION-Page I entered below UTC DATE the 23rd. (today, 23.11.17). That's working, but on the ACARS STATUS-page now the 23rd DECEMBER is selected.

What am I doing wrong, respectively what can I do to get the actual date into the ACARS-Page?

I seem to recall that this issue was addressed in a recent update. Do you have all updates installed for the 747?

Yes, the PMDG OC says that the latest version is installed. (version 3.00.8466)

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I too have the same problem. According to the PMDG OC I have the latest version (3.00.8466).

EDIT: the In Time, Flight Time and Block Time on the ACARS status page are also not functioning.

ACARS is not yet functional.  We left it there to give you something to salivate on a bit.

If it acts up- ignore.  You will know when it is actually functional.

Huh, 

actually FSX crashes, if I go for  ACARS now. 

(Lastest software is installed.)

As I like to store after landing and continue some days later, maybe it is time to set up a new sequence with COLD&DARK. Before the crashes I noticed some garbage characters on the previous flights pages.
