Yeah - the panel mods I pasted here were based on the aircraft - after I applied Bert's mod package - which fixed and tweaked a host of issues with the default aircraft... If you don't have it - please PM Bert with your email address and he will send you his mod package...

Here's his mod:

 

Here's the info on the new FDE - this should be applied first - before Bert's Mod package...

Me again!  Sorry, but I need some help.  I can't get the WX radar to show in the airplane.  I've copied the panel config as you posted Scott but the WX radar won't power on.  All I'm getting is a blank screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks Scott, works a treat. Are there any other Carenado aircraft that have been modified to take the Milviz radar? Don't recall seeing others, but I'm too lazy to search through the forum.... 😊

Hi Aaron,

Yes - that's probably correct then - the REX Wx Radar has invisible click spots for just such installs - see your manual - all functions can be changed via these controls... They are all within the confines of the blank display - move your mouse around in that area and you should see the pointer change indicating you are hovering over one of the multiple spots...

In addition - Bill's toggle will open the 2D popup of the entire gauge with all the controls visible...

I have it in the Piper Cheyenne II PA31T... Been meaning to put it in the Navajo - just haven't gotten around to it...

I'm running into issues adding the WX radar into Bert's v60.  When I "hover" over the WX radar in the VC, I only get the mouse pointer.  And when I click, nothing happens.

The airplane shows as added in the WX Advantage Radar Gauge Management.

I'm currently using Bert's V59 MOD. I don't have REX weather radar so is it advantages to get you V60?  Been flying the PC12 a bunch lately (COVID). Just returned today from KMDW (Chicago) to KGTF (Great Falls, MT).  Airport hopping all the way.
