February 15, 20188 yr Howdy Captains, I'm probably going to be installing a new hard drive and OS tomorrow when I upgrade my cpu/mobo. Will I have any trouble activating the NGX when I do? I will also be installing the 777 as well, so would the same answer apply to both? Thanks, John Lynch
February 15, 20188 yr I just replaced my mobo, cpu and memory last night. I didn't have to authenticate any PMDG product much to my surprise (I have them all), and if you do have a problem a simple support ticket will get it cleared up. Be sure to read microsoft support article on verification after replacing hardware. The steps include adding your on line Microsoft account such that the digital license is available when you try o boot from the new mobo. Dan Downs KCRP

February 15, 20188 yr Kyle, I had a broken system SSD last friday and had to reinstall win 10 from scratch on a new SSD... Of course I also had to reinstall P3D and every addon as it wasn‘t written into the new registry. Then I had to enter my PMDG serials and all of them were accepted without any return or support request... ,

What you're seeing is normal, and it simply took up one of your activations on top of your previous activation. 1 hour ago, dal330200 said: Thanks for reminding me of that Kyle, Welcome. Kyle Rodgers
