The hate comes from many frustrated customers that goes beyond the actual product. The NAV is still broken for most users. But more than that, this has been going on for like 8 months now, with a broken product. Every update is promised to fix the issue and it doesn't. There is only 1 developer working on it. Updates are seldom, and so are any response from the developer. He seems to go on "business trips" more than working on fixing the airplane. Our response doesn't just stem from the broken CRJ, it is a lot of the failure of the development team, and Aerosoft as a whole company. Edited February 27, 20188 yr by Mitch24
February 27, 20188 yr Author Thanks for all the suggestions everyone, will probably pick up the FSL A320 and the TFDi B717 when it comes out of beta if the few minor bugs get sorted out. The Maddog is just a little too old as I try to fly real world routes. February 27, 20188 yr CRJ's OK, and Aerosoft is a good company. I actually fired it up after reading/commenting in this thread I took it for a quick flight last night. The main problem for me is frame rate instability. In that regard, it's similar to the original v4 FSL A320. In VR, that makes it unpleasant to fly, so for me personally it's back in the hangar again. If you're not wanting to fly VR, and like the CRJ as a plane, it's not bad for the price. The other v4 CRJ I have is the one from VirualCol. "Cheap and cheerful" would be the most polite thing I could say about that one! But the Maddog is my current favourite plane, just a really well-coded aircraft.
