March 10, 20188 yr Hi, This may be in the wrong forum and I have posted in Flight1's support forum as well with no help at all. Anyway if this post needs to be moved please do. Anyway I have the GTN750 complete. I updated p3dv4 to 4.2. I also updated my GTN to version 2.05. For the life of me I have tried everything to get this product to work. I am getting incompatible version errors when I try to load a plane that has the GTN installed. Please help. I am desperate. It worked fine before the update etc. Now I can not use my GTN. Thanks in advance. Regards
March 10, 20188 yr I could be wrong , but, are you running FSUIPC and if you are did you update it (I believe the new version # is 5.1.1.2) seems that in 4.2 the older FSUIPC version was messing with simconnect and a lot of people had problems running the 650 and 750 GTN. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz (8 cores) Hyper on, Evga RTX 3060 12 Gig, 32 GB ram, Windows 11, P3D v6, and MSFS 2020 and a couple of SSD's
March 10, 20188 yr I have updated FSUIPC but I have still the same problem. Version not compatible and blank GTN 750 screen.
March 10, 20188 yr Thanks for the advice Bob. But Trainer version is correct and problem still there.
March 10, 20188 yr Just a thought, just check you have downloaded the 'Complete' version and not the gtn750. and also are you on the correct ver for P3D 4.2.21.24048 bob edit btw the latest ver for FSuipc5 is 5.124 Edited March 10, 20188 yr by onebob
March 10, 20188 yr I had this problem and the issue for me was that I only thought I had downloaded the latest 2.05 ver. The issue was that when I went to the Fi store site and clicked on a new download version (showing 2.05), when I said download I did not notice that there was only an “open” option and I had reinstalled ver 2.04 because I had the .exe file still in my downloads folder. When I deleted the old installer and tried again at the F1 store, this time I got the ver 2.05 installer. And then the gauges worked. Moral is I wil now always rename the default installer filename to include the ver number. March 11, 20188 yr Ok, I was really stupid. I was looking several times to the F1 Update Tool, that suposedly is due to this purpose, but I was always receiving the same "you have the last version" message. Thanks to your comments I finally realized that I have to download the new version "by hand" and not to wait the update tool do its work. And then yes, after that all was like always with F1 downloads, first attempt incorrect account (I missed the correct download), next one pay more attention please and finally the thing is working. Thank yoy very much; I guess I'm getting too old and lazy.
