Strange... I had to seek email support from Stefan last month on two occasions and literally received replies and solutions within minutes... So experiences may be quite different indeed!!!

I'll confirm Stefan did respond to my e-mail quickly today which I appreciate.  He gave me a couple tips to consider and that's what I was looking for.  Should I have issues going forward, I now know to use e-mail and not the forum.

Ok, I think the questions have been asked and answered and no point in continuing this one any further.
