April 22, 20188 yr Very good to all. I am discovering a problem. I go two days flying with Seneca Carenado V. Everything it is OK, but when, during I seep, I get to the GRN 430 top to programme the arrival, the flight is paralyzed. I continue listening to the sound of the engine, but the fsx is paralyzed I have to interrupt the flight. The sound of the engine continues. Will someone be able to help or to orientate me me? April 28, 20188 yr Greetings, Unfortunately, i think youll find that its hard to get questions answered on these older threads. I fly the Seneca a lot, its one of my favorites. Im no computer expert but maybe i can help you. What flight sim are you using? Im trying to understsnd your problem. From your post it sounds like you fly the Seneca for sometime and everything is good then you walk away ftom the sim leaving it on overnight and when you go back everything is frozen. Is that correct?

When I want to fly with Séneca V and at any time of the flight or even when I am on the ground, I want to program the GNS 430 to record the approach to the arrival airport, simply the simulator stops. I still hear the background sound of the engine, but the simulator does not respond. I have reinstalled the plane and the GNS 430, but the problem continues.
April 30, 20188 yr Did you try uninstalling just the GNS 430? This sounds like it could be a hardware problem. Often all that's required is to clean out the inside of your computer case. An air compressor is the best tool but be careful when blowing the dust out of the computer case. If you don't have an air compressor some stores sell cans of compressed air made just for blowing out the dust inside computer cases. Hope this helps, Greg

The strange thing is that though I did the cleanliness to him it does not change; the ventilators commanded by the program Speedfan, they do not follow the established parameters; the minimum is high and the maximum, really it does not come to the maximum. I will return to do another cleanliness and will observe. On the other hand, I reinstalled Seneca V and the GNS 430, but on having programmed her comes to the airport in the gps, the malingerer paralyzes me, again.

The Carenado GNS gauges are known to be buggy, and I would not be surprised that there are ways to crash the sim, using them. The solution is to substitute a GNS gauge from RXP or Flight1 if you want real world functionality. Bert
