does anyone know, where or how to find water runways in p3dv4?

Do you mean wet runways from the weather?

You could run MakeRwys then parse the runways.txt file for any runway number with a 'W' or maybe play with the runways.xml and try to parse the runway id tags.  Selected an airport with a water runway such as PHNL to use as a go-by.
