Sometimes it's not FSL alone, but FSL with a combination with some other add-one. I'm not surprised if those folks who fly in the almost "naked@ sim do not have CTDs. I'm rather interested in an opinion of those experience simmers whose PD3s are packed with the complex add-ones.

Let's maintain a constructive discussion here. This "mine is bigger than yours" nonsense does not help at all. 

When chaseplan come out I stopped using EZDOC. EZDOC v2 when it came out made PMDG bounce around on take off etc. 

So never used the FSL with anything other than chaseplane. 

chaseplane is imo far better than EZDOC and I use EZDOC for years.

You can not compare PMDG with numerous products and with the time it is in the market with FSLabs that throughout their history have only two products (Concorde and A320) and have only now released an addon for their A320 (A319). Not to mention the number of sales.

Btw,  I've never had problems with PMDG, Majestic,Milviz,Leonardo´s MD, A2A 180, Metalmesh F-15, even Captainsim, but this FSLabs is driving me nuts...

I use heaps of addons, ORBX, ASP4  WMA you name it. Like Dave mentioned above, I don't use EZYDOK 2, I use Opus, I did have chase plane, but since OPUS now uses ASP4 for Turb etc I found it to be the best. Especially the CAT. Sorry for going off topic, but there must be something that is not playing nice with your FSL plane.

I always fly to addon airports no exceptions ever.

Orbx Global-OLC Euro-OLC North America-vector with 70% it turned off.

PRO-ATC

ASP4

ACSA with ENVTEX for sky only

REX SF for clouds/Structures.

GSX

chaseplane

A virtual airline software running e.g BA.

Please note I kick all the above of cores 0-2-4 to let P3D and FSL have the lion's share. (chaseplane only gets kick off 0-2)

Agree, but in my case I got to do a complete clean install and I installed FSLabs with nothing else and even then, I had the infamous CTD ucrtbase.dll (as well as several other users).

The curious thing is that I have almost all top addons and I NEVER had problems with none: PMDG, Qualitysim, Majestic, Milviz, etc. ONLY with FSLabs and only on P3Dv4.

(I´ve never had a problem with FSLabs A320 with P3Dv3).

I know it has nothing to do with CTD, but HT=off or HT=on?

If you did the clean install, then my first step in diagnostic would be to check whether you have ALL C++ libraries starting from 2005, all the Simconnects and clean video drivers installation.

The problem here is that I performed all these steps a long time ago 🙂

Have you ever made out a support ticket with FSL?

You´re right, the FSLabs support told me exactly the same and I did it, but even then the ucrtbase.dll crash occurred and I continue to wait until now for a solution... But thanks.

David,

When you have an occasional CTD with no straight cause-and-effect relationship, hence FSL support's  answer would be "remove this, remove that, disable this, disable that". What should I disable something stable to presumably give some room for product A, if I have zero issues with products from B to Z. My first logical thought would be that something wrong with product A. However, FSLabs Support uses some sort of "alternative" logic blaming others for their own lack of reliability and lack of knowledge. That's why I consider their support useless,
