July 9, 20187 yr I'm using this tweak in the camera.cfg aid aircraft.cfg in the fslabs folder and do have some flickering with distant autogen but its far less annoying than the windshield bug.

None that I noticed, although this is only with 2-3 flights of testing and I wasn't keeping an eye out specifically. I have noticed the rain effect flickering when it first appears into view sometimes, although this was also present before changing to ClipMode=Minimum. Other than that nothing negative to report at all.

Worth noting I'm running 8xSSGA and fiddled a little with anistropic filtering within Nvidia Inspector which may help mask those issues.

Yeah just booted up a flight to have a look and compare and there is more shimmering in the difference for sure, but on my system at least it is a very very minuscule difference. As you said much less annoying than the windshield bug.
July 9, 20187 yr Yes, I have to admit I only really notice the flickering when zooming quite a bit. The clip mode trick will do until LM release a hot fix. I hope they do and we don't have to wait for 4.4
July 9, 20187 yr With respect to antivirus software.....I was never a fan of Norton AV. There are much better FREE antivirus packages that do a perfectly good job, and are far less intrusive. Thanks Dmitriy It's spot on I don't and will not fly the A320 until it has all the new A319 built in it. The A319 is just stunning. The A320 is in the hanger for the time being. If you like the A320 then the A319 is even better. It really is. As much as I love the MadDog it's not even installed at the moment because there is no way am not flying the A319 unless its the NG. So my hanger has 2 aircraft in use ATM. Edited July 10, 20187 yr by Nyxx David Murden.
