Thanks,,I put that route into SimBrief so I could change it to the correct type for PMDG plans and when clicking the Analyze it I get an error.

Most prbably it did not recognize NAT D as these change daily

PLEASE NOTE PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM

You can find us at http://forum.pmdg.com

You have a couple of choices with what to do with the NATD routing.  The easy and most direct way is to simply fly VENER direct UMESI.  If you want a little more realism just pick some waypoints every 10 deg longitude in between those two (5420N 5330N 5240N 5150N would work).  Yes, you should have a chart when planning a route, my favorite online chart is SkyVector https://skyvector.com/.  The 3d way is if you know the date that this flightplan was active you can lookup the NATS routes for that day on a web site like https://blackswan.ch/northatlantictracks

If the whole concept of what NATS is throws you then look it up.. there is a lot of easily available information out there.

If you use Simbrief, just have it generate a plan for you. If you intend on doing an oceanic crossing Simbrief will generate a plan suitable for the day.

There is a very good video tutorial for Simbrief here:
