Hello again. I woke up this morning to find that the PMDG operations center does not recognize my PMDG planes. I checked FSX and they are still there but it just says buy now in the operations center. Any fix to this? Thanks

Real names on the forum please, first and last as per rules.

Most probably your registry entries have been deleted. I assume that you are not going to have the uninstall option from the add/remove as well.

Reinstall the planes using the installer and you should be ok.

I'll try that after school. Should I uninstall first?

You won't be able to. From the moment the registry entries have gone it wont be listed in teh add/remove programms

 

Installing over it wont create any glitches?

Good grief man, he's asked you to use your full name.  He's told you exactly what the problem is and how to resolve it, and he is a PMDG support technician not just another user in this user forum.  I suggest you follow his instructions to the tee.

sorry to piggy-back on this thread, but i have a related question.. 

it seems that any livery i download from livery downloader does not populate the "atc_parking_codes" field.. as a result, the ULD containers in GSX dont carry the airline logo, instead they carry the default airport logo which is unrealistic..

I can manually edit the aircraft.cfg but just wanted to confirm the issue before i did it..

We do not use the atc_parking_codes in the aircraft.cfg. If this needed by GSX then it needs to be added manually.
