November 4, 20187 yr ...a keyboard combination that will switch between Unlimited Frames/Vsync On and 30fps locked and no Vsync. Is this even possible? Cheers, Mark

November 4, 20187 yr I don't think it's possible. I recall some program changing FSX/P3D parameters on the fly, when the sim is running, but not Frames et Vsync that would require to restart the sim I believe. At least, not during a flight. Nope, u can edit it without restarting the sim, so maybe it will be possible Edited November 4, 20187 yr by Funky
November 4, 20187 yr You could use one of the Windows macro programs like MacroMagic to automate the process via a keyboard shortcut, but it would still entail stopping the sim momentarily and going into the setup screens while the menu selections are made by the macro, just as if you were doing them with the mouse and keyboard yourself. I suspect that stopping and restarting the rendering system would be needed no matter what when making those sorts of changes, so maybe that's as good as it gets anyway. But no, you don't have to get out of the sim to switch either way (manual or automated via macro).
