Orbx True Earth GB Central has released

Featured Replies

Again for Tony.  I mentioned this on the Orbx forum but they're knee deep so maybe you have some thoughts.  In both GB sceneries where there are urban areas with little or no autogen the white coloring is blinding and really distracts from the overall appearance which is by and large pretty great.  So many of those photoreal roof tops are, if possible, even whiter.  Last but not least, some of the fields have crops that are also in the white range.  Can white be suppressed?

Mmm.  I'm seeing some of them but not the Arch.  I'm also not seeing London Bridge, The H of Parliament or the Eye.  Dome is there though...bigger hmm...

In your 'scenery_packs.ini' make sure 'X-plane_landmarks London' and Global Airports' are above the GB sceneries.

Thx dirt.  That did it ✌️

Hi Everyone,

Firstly, I'm really sorry to bring up a >3 year old thread but didn't want to create a new thread for this as the question is already being asked here. I recently flew out of Newcastle and noticed the some key bridges were not showing up on my X-Plane, whereas on other peoples sims' they were.. Please see screenshot below, the bridges do not look like the screenshot above. Added to this, the football stadium looks totally different too. Have I got something really wrong here such as a layering issue? To confirm, 'X-plane_landmarks London' and Global Airports' are above the GB sceneries. I've also played around with the 'Number of World Objects' but nothing changes.
