Well Performing Payware Aircraft On Lower End PC’s

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I was wondering if anybody has any good payware aircraft, preferably larger commercials airliners, that can perform well on lower end pc’s. I have the aerosoft airbus but I don’t get good fps with it as my pc is not that good. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Thanks!

Welcome to Avsim. You will be able to find a world of help here.  It is a great community.  Would help us greatly if you would provide at lease the basic profile of your current system, and more about your type aircraft flying preferences.

Although we still don’t know your system specs, the excellent Majestic Q400 should perform quite well on lower end PCs, given the fact that it has a relatively low VAS footprint compared to other airliners with comparable levels of systems replication.

I have used PMDG and iFly's 737 successfully on low-end systems.  Note that there will be an issue if combined with payware scenery, and even certain freeware scenery, when your FPS goes down the toilet, but generally had no issues.
