Hi All,

How do I run this only showing one side of the FMC? I touched the screw but still get both the FMC and then the EFB is the right screw is touched. Am I missing something here?

Many thanks

James

HI James,

as of now, you will always see both MFDs and a single keypad either to the very left or very right.

Are you saying this is not what you would like to have? Should there be an option to display only a single MFD with a single keypad? Note - you would probably still need to run your tablet in landscape mode due to the keypad being on the side.

Hi Mark,

Yes, running off a 10 inch tablet the buttons become small even in landscape. Maybe an option just to have a single MFD and the keypad? or even the ability to zoom on the original so I can just see one MFD and keypad?

Regards,

James

You can easily switch between the keypads by clicking on the bottom left screw. The other screw takes you to the EFB.

Does that help?

it work perfect

Nicely done, Mark.

This finally motivated me to put the two CDUs on the 737/747/777 up together side-by-side using split-screen on my 12.9" iPad Pro in landscape.  Handy to be able to use the one center-console iPad for all my RemoteCDU-enabled jets.

Cheers

Loaded and started pretty much on the first try. it's a little tight having the two CDUs and one keyboard on

a standard IPAD, I think an IPAD pro would work better for me. I like having both CDU's visible because in our SOP's we have

standard resting pages for the PF and PNF CDU ...I am already used to using "already up" info on the other pilot's CDU. In any case

this is a great addition to the QW B787. Thank-you Mark!

Maybe I'm overlooking something simple. but I can't figure out how to get the EFB  QW787 to show up on my iPad.  All I can see is the CDU.  This is the free trial to see if it works.  If I can get the EFB to work, which is what I want it for the most,  I will purchase this. How do I also view the upper MFD?

Hi,

you can't view the upper MFD - only the lower MFD.

As to how it works - please check the step by step guide in this forum.

Mark
