One thing I stumbled upon today is that the demo apparently has different default settings for different hardware.I've installed it on four computers now - and on each one the default settings were different.I haven't seen that hard division on any of them - however on the lowest of the four - the clouds and texture blending was pretty bad.Of course it's also pretty bad if I put FS2004 on that box.I haven't completely confirmed it yet - but adaptive default settings / configuration based upon the individual computer hardware would be a good thing in my opinion.

Using a visibilty layer the ground clipping is very very bad.With overcast cloud layers its almost decent.Its nothing to do with hardware setups. It'll look bad for everyone.
