New clip glider...

Featured Replies

That's the first thing I noticed as well! The sound is unbelievably realistic.James

"If you listen to the clip you can hear a high pitched whine, if I am correct this is a total energy variometer that has been modeled for climb and descent(while in a thermal) in a glider and it sounds just like the one in the Grob 103 I flew last year"Oh my.... doesn't that thing make the pilot INSANE after a little while?--Andrew

No body saw it, that's the point.

FSX looks excellent here. It looks like the MS guys have really put a lot of work into this one. I can't wait to get my hands on it.RH

>It's hard to tell...do I see some virtual head movement a la>IL-2 etc.?>>EYes. There is head "bob."It's tuneable in the CFG.Cheers,Jason

Well, that's excellent news. I find the head movement of the realair aircraft adds a large amount of immersion to flying and am glad to see something similar in FSX.Ian.
