After removing V1 and V2, remove 4.5 and install 4.5 again.

i had the same issue.

I then deactivated Addons and scenery.cfg like symbol suggested. Then everything worked. I then closed P3D and reactivated addon folder... P3D started as it should be.

Next test with reactivating the "old" scenery.cfg. P3D closes.. So it must be smtg within the scenery.cfg.. At least on my system.

I figured it out. In my case there were still entries from Military AI Works in the scenery.cfg (i am not using it anymore). I deleted them manually and now the "old" scenery.cfg seems to work

Can you tell me the entry inside the Scenery.cfg you found?, and you can you also confirm the location of your scenary.cfg?

I imagine you do not have or ever had Military AI Works?

Never had the Military AI works installed. I have deleted the scenery.cfg file and unfortunately no luck.

I can see now more users with the same problem, 5 more confirmed cases on Facebook groups. I am advising them to post in the LM forum topic created for this.

At least I am not alone here. It is probably unlikely that we all have the same underlying factor buried away in our computers so hopefully LM will take note and investigate.

Correct, I am also trying to make everyone to post on the same LM topic with their hardware settings, etc. but people are just saying "it doesn't work" which is not helpful.

I am trying to organise the bug reports so at least LM has reliable data to address this issue.

Anyone having the same problem, please report the windows version here, not just saying Windows 10, I need the full built IE: 1803, etc. There is a user on the LM forums having the problem with Win 10 - 1803, I wonder if this is related to OS version. I'm on 1809 lastes built.

Unfortunately not, I cleaned my system following the latest updates.

I have now posted on the LM forum with system specs as recommended.
