HAL 9000....... When FMC's go bad........very bad

Hi everybody! Any update on this topic? I found the A42 500 had terrible performance for me (FSX SE) so I,m holding the purchase of the A72 500 until I am sure it has better FPS. Thanks!!

I also had the same FPS issue on the ATR. I resorted to lowering the VC cockpit textures to 2048 and it helped.

Thanks raystriker. I will try that on the A42 500

Don't know why this works for me but...

On loading in FPS is terrible 7-8 FPS. Pan up and cycle the battery switch off and on. FPS jumps up to my Max 30 FPS setting.

Alhough it 's been a long time since your last post, is it possible to tell me which files were lowered, as in my system this did not help ?

Just in case you see my post.
