July 25, 20196 yr Can someone please verify that TAWS works? After a full install of win 10 I'm missing the TAWS warnings. Never had any issues in win 7. Thanks. MSFS

I have a feeling most of you are still using the previous version. Plus, I'm also using the latest Garmin Trainer (v2400). It then upgrades to I think 2800? The older version worked, but every time I opened the GTN config, it asked me to look for the exe of the Garmin trainer. That's when I decided to visit the F1 forum. I had a feeling that I would get a faster response here. 😁 I'm confident Bert will confirm if this is a bug or a new feature. MSFS

It's my understanding that they have changed things, the trainer is included and locked to that version, for obvious reasons so if you've installed the latest garmin trainer for ex the GTN v6.62.0 directly from garmin, the stand alone trainer will work but it won't with the F1's GTN's even if you point to it. You need to uninstall the trainer and just reinstall F1's v2.11 Ryzen 5 5600X - Noctua U12A, 32Gb Vengence, Sapphire Pulse 5700xt, WD Black SN750 NVMe SSD

That's just the launcher software package and it installs the GTN v6.62.0 where the F1's is locked to 6.50.1 I believe. Sorry by bad 2.11 does spport the latest GTN PC Trainer 6.62 and it has cycle 1809 but it's still locked to it. There's definitely an issue with this latest version. I can hear the initial confirm click, but no sounds after that. It's behaving the same way it does in XP11. July 25, 20196 yr Author OK. I managed to resolve this issue by enabling spacial sound and then turning it off. Win 10 has some quirks that are getting on my nerves. MSFS
August 21, 20196 yr Have you checked your windows sound mixer to make sure that the GTN sound is not muted and that it is turned up appropriately. I think it has a separate feed to the mixer from the rest of the sim IIRC... Right click on the sound/speaker icon on the windows taskbar system tray and select mixer, then pan it left and right if needed to see all the entries.
