August 21, 20196 yr Dear team, Guessing this is no longer a one-man-band 😉. Bought the Falcon yesterday after being encouraged by the Lear update. While it is overall a very nice product I think there is room for improvement here and there which would really benefit the plane and make it even better 🙂. Here are a few items in no particular order. Most of them a optical issues as I do not comment on the system until I have a thorough understanding 🙂  1) Dynamic lights: with the great rendition (especially the beacon) on the Lear I was a bit disappointed I have to say that the Falcon still uses old FSX style textures. Especially the pulsing landing lights would look awesome with dynamic light. 2) APU sounds, GPU and fuel truck sounds: the is no muffling in the cockpit compared to outside. That has to be fixed please as it kills the immersion on an expensive and quiet corporate jet. What you could do is to make them louder when the door or the window is open (but still quieter as the equipment is on the other side of the plane quite bit away  3) Darken the sunvisors a bit. This is my pet peeve 😉. But right now the are almost invisible. If you make them darker they stand out more as to be ‚there‘. 4) PBR exterior: The Lear shows significantly better looking PBR. I assume this new technique is a learning process for you (as it is for all of us). Maybe you can revisit the outside. 🙂 5) PBR interior. Being a beta tester for the MaddogX they have shown how f*** awesome an PBR interior does look when done right with the correct material reflection applied to the metallic and the albedo files. Maybe you can consider this too, as nobody else has done it and it would accelerate your VC into the top notch branch.  Thank you very much for spending your time reading all of this 🙂  tl:dr lights, sounds, sunburn and reflectionsÂ

August 22, 20196 yr Folks, removed some posts. It's certainly OK to disagree, but please let's keep the discussions here professional and friendly -- thanks. Al FSW Forum Moderator

I volunteer my work, i'm not a paid employee in any sense of the meaning. I do not profit from these products, Mark is still the only developer for Flysimware. If I decide to re-visit the Falcon, it won't be this year. Link to my personal website where my work is shown.https://eliamonater.wixsite.com/wickeddesigns
August 22, 20196 yr Author Thank you for our thanks you for your efforts then 🙂. But the sounds and DL is something the Dev could adress 🙂 Edited August 22, 20196 yr by Mad_X

I fully intended to do PBR Interior on the Falcon. Mark did not want to go through every material and add PBR to them, as there are tons of them for the interior. I also wanted to do PBR interior in the lear, but as of right now it's impossible(without losing functionality) without either; 1.) Completely porting the source files for the Lear over to 3DS max. 2.) Finding a way to bypass the issues encountered when exporting the interior model in ModelConverterX. MCX is the only way to add PBR to GMAX models currently, when exporting the interior model the following issues arise. Loss of functionality of 3rd party addons (If you have a 2nd GTN, the clickspots are not operable, and the Milviz WXR does not export possibly) First GTN works perfectly fine. The WXR completely loses it's buttons on the 3D model. This was not acceptable, and have yet to receive a solution to my questions posted on FSDeveloper. Either way, I wouldn't count on PBR coming to the interior of the Falcon, as the MU-2 will be the last FSW add-on I offer my services to. Whether Mark decides to do it or not, that's up to him. Though, when I have time, I may redo the exterior. I have my own products to work on, and plenty of other contract jobs to complete. So that's a hard maybe.   Link to my personal website where my work is shown.https://eliamonater.wixsite.com/wickeddesigns

The response was, that typically these aircraft have the main exit door open during APU operations, thus it is quite loud in the cockpit. You might want to search for those threads (there were at least 2 threads here, on that exact topic in the last 6 months). I don't know how difficult it would be, programatically, to have the APU volume vary depending on whether or not the door is open or closed.
