May 17, 20206 yr I get the same message. Use FSXSE/Steve's DX10 fixer with several hundreds of addons all unticked in scenery library. When going for a flight I tick only the necessary addons/airports but UGCX obviously still use the default Airports. Klicking reload scenery data doesn't change anything, still default Airport. So I must Close the sim and start it again to get the correct addonairport. Could this be fixed so I dont have to start/close/restart the sim every time?

Yes, it will recreate them the next time you run FSX or FSX-SE 8 hours ago, Sagoland said: When going for a flight I tick only the necessary addons/airports but UGCX obviously still use the default Airports Yes, in this case, you need to delete the scenery index files located in: For FSX-SE: C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X\Scenery\FSX-SE\ For FSX: C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X\Scenery\FSX\ They are different one for FSX and another for FSX-SE, depends on which simulator are you using. Also, its very important to see in the UGCX.LOG which Scenery.cfg file UGCX is reading, because if you are running FSX and then you see a Scenery.CFG that doesn't contains the scenery add-ons or it's not the FSX but FSX-SE. This can occur on situations where you have both simulators on the same machine. Manuel
May 17, 20206 yr No need to delete index files. If you have addons unticked in scenery library when starting fsx UGCX wont read them. If you tick them UGCX read them after restart. With 390 addons in scenery library I cant have them all ticked in a 32 bit simulator.

I see, so you active just the neccesary scenery areas that you will be flyhing right? I'll try to do something to force UGCX read all them even if they are deactivated from scenery library Manuel
May 18, 20206 yr Commercial Member Okay, the option for read ALL scenery areas (even if they appear as DE-activated in FSX/P3Dv4/v5) has been added to the alpha in UGCX v2, I'll be sending this to Bryan around wednesday/thrusday (if I finish) so he would send it out to testers. I'm adding few more stuff on v2 that I'm polishing prior testing too. Manuel Edited May 18, 20206 yr by Manuel82

May 27, 20206 yr I'm having this issue at Aerosoft Anchorage (which is made by Sim-Wings) in P3D v5. I'm parked on the north cargo ramp at spot #2 but UGCX says I'm not at a parking spot. This is from the UGCX log file: The NEAREST airport's ID: Z41 Located at the Region's ID: The NEAREST airport's BGL file's path is: D:\P5D\Scenery\0101\scenery\APX08100.bgl I know GSX had an issue at this airport where it thought you were at Lake Hood (Z41). There is a way to tell GSX that you're not at Lake Hood. Is there a way to do this with UGCX?

Hey gollum, Yes, from v2, (which is on BETA now), there is a new option for exclude airport's IDs that are not meant to be read. You just need to go to the UGCX menu -> "options" -> "airport/scenery exclusion", then enter that ID, and press "Exclude it" button, the module will add this exclusion in the UGCX.ini file and reload scenery excluding this airport, without restarting P3D, so next time you start P3D it will "remmember" that exclusion. This feature is not available in v1.9. Cheers, Manuel Edited May 27, 20206 yr by Manuel82
