October 30, 20196 yr Moderator @GSalden, how many flightplans have you installed? The total number is in the region of 600+. I don't recall choosing to download a specific aircraft. The process did everything itself. Try sticking to the major airlines and get the basics running. Then turn to the minor airlines once you have it running. Ray (Cheshire, England). Place the downloaded zip file in "C:\ProgramData\AIGTech\AIGAIM\temp_model" and try again. October 30, 20196 yr Hi Gerard, AFAIK you definitely need to be logged in to AIG. Some/most of the model information and location come from AIG so you would need that info. Pretty sure the program won't work correctly if not logged in. There are repaints that are at Flightsim.com only. Issue there is free members can d/l only at modem type speeds. For me it's 45-50kbs (yes really) and I have a hard wired 100+mbs network. In the last week Avsim in general has been offline a lot. .. October 30, 20196 yr Author With my IPhone I re-enabled my Flightsim account and after that I added Flightsim into settings. Now I am able to DL and install aircraft. I was able to install all Corendon aircraft. Unfortunately when I wanted to isnatll all TurkischAirlines aircraft with the 777 again the soundpack message ( not being able to DL it ) If it cannot be DL at Avsim, Flightsim and Air India then I have to stop trying… This has taken to long of my time. Thanks all. once the Soundpack has be downloaded it should never be downloaded again, unless the file downlaoded could not be unziped by AIM.
