I get a solid 29-30 FPS in VC at stock AP with stock weather during the day (FPS lock @ 30)

 

I would not say that the AC itself is poorly optimized without the dynamic lights... 

 

I have a midrange system and a 1080 8 go vid card.

I'm sorry if what I wrote in the other thread upset you, but it was one sentence in which I literally made clear first it was no offense so I'm not sure why offense has been/is being taken. The part of me telling you to shut up or go away is a gross misinterpretation of what was actually said, so while you're accusing me of being rude I might as well accuse you of putting words in my mouth.
