Street Lights Are Not Right

Featured Replies

After uninstalling a light mod add-on due to framerate problems, this issue started to occur; I'm assuming it left some files during the uninstallation process. Basically the further the lights are away, the bigger and brighter they are.

Any recommendations on how to bring original P3D street lights back? I've deleted the p3d config file and attempted to reinstall the latest P3D contents package, no dice.

I would check my terrain cfg. in program data/LM folder, to see if there are any leftovers that remain.

Isn't that just normal ESP (FSX/P3D) light effect?  The further away the more narrow the lights get (they get grouped together) and the end result is they appear broader and brighter?  Lightbloom can increase this effect.

I agree with Dave’s idea that they look bright due to being in line and grouping together.

If viewed from the side where the are not in a single file line they won’t look as bring because they will be spaced out. Same as in real life.

I appreciate the help guys, Prepar3-D-2019-12-20-10-48-24-90.jpglooked through my terrain.cfg, nothing abnormal from what I could tell. Maybe it's placebo but I just don't remember them looking like this prior, here's maybe a better example.
