  1. also try backing out of fullscreen mode before exiting sim then close ouit in windowed mode.
  2. Sounds like it might be something running in the background, other program, antivirus, ?
  3. Praying you have a full and lasting recovery🙏
  4. tried it and removed it the minute I tried it. to much clutter and overdone. they towers stuck out like a sore thumb in the scenery. Just my opinion.
  5. I must say your humility, with sincerity is refreshing. there is freedom in confession and repentance. and there is grace in forgiveness.
  6. try going to settings/accounts/sign-in options/pin-windows hello, then select remove this option, to use account password. If that don't work you can Google "windows pin not working". Good Luck.

  8. If you haven't already try turning on dx12.
  9. I would start by lowering my texture res, it pounds the vram, when the vram gets full, stutters start. Not sure how much vram the 3060 has but with a 4080 texture res on high the card was eating over 14gb of vram around NY.
  10. Not really sure how significant of an improvement your looking for but if it helps any i went from a G2 to a Quest 3 and overall I'm OK with it. Not overly taxing on my system. But there are other options available out there, from what i hear that are significantly better. This might be helpful to you: VRcompare - The Internet's Largest VR & AR Headset Database.
  11. Not sure about the cpu but the RTX 4060 seems a little lite for MSFS 2024, with any significant addons.
  12. And you might want to consider 64 GB of RAM if running high settings with Many addons.
  13. Thank you ******* and thank you Rocky. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
  14. Good to hear you got it resolved.
  15. Back to the content manager. I don't' think its automatic, not 100%sure, but the enhancement portion certainly isn't.
  16. Go to content manager uninstall then reinstall.
  17. Another thing you might want to check is your default location in the weather app if you have that installed. Other than those apps and the default OS location settings I cant think of anything else to offer off hand. Default location settings/ Bing Maps/ and the Weather app were the ones i had to go through and setting my Oakla Speed Test app to default location. I do notice that you are showing the bing maps icon turned on in your above screenshot, I would check that, its the fourth app down from the top in the screenshot. Identified as maps.
  18. I believe it is part of the OS, it should be in the apps section under settings, then installed apps, if not then you must not have it installed. Sorry for the goose chase.
  19. can u go into the bing maps and set your default location?
  20. do you use bing maps? I think I had to change my default location there to get it back to normal.
