January 7, 20206 yr Given the miserable post-new year weather blues in the UK, I fancied a bit of GA flying in warmer climes, namely around the Netherlands Antilles - Sint Maarten and St. Barths. I think the main danger at Gustav III airport was not to me, but to the ground traffic on the roundabout! Total VFR flying, on the way back to TNCM WHOA! Close call with the biological flyers! Time to gather one's nerves.. Oh yes, and I bought a flying Land Rover to return to TFFJ (Flight1 BN2 Islander). I've since modified the FSX default.xml file as per the developer's instructions (Marc-Henri Guitteny) so there are a few more trees populating the island. Enjoy.
