February 15, 20206 yr Microsoft Flight had very nice multiplayer, but I learned very early that simmers are very solitary critters and getting anyone to commit to a session was like pulling teeth. Non simmers, beginners, casuals, etc are the people you will find in multiplayer. If you are a stickler for procedures, yes ma'am and no sir, you will find half-hearted attempts to accommodate, but you will either need to create a dedicated instance, or stick to the established places like vatsim, etc. We are all connected.....
