I am thinking to get fsx steam edition but worried about in case of computer failure and you have to reinstall everything including fsx SE, how could you recover software

And if you after installation you find the game malfunctioning how do you do this? after downloading can it be saved in hard drive on a DVD disc. if anybody can give some advise

about this.  Because once I had the FSW sometime later my pc corrupted and I had to reinstall windows and everything but I never could get any trace of FSW.when you buy a key for 

FSX you don't want to pay for once only because could have pc problem any time.

I'm not sure I know what you're talking about but when you buy a game on steam it's yours no matter what computer you are on. That is to say that you just log into steam, look in your games library and reinstall whatever you want. I can install any of my steam games on any computer I have by simply logging into steam. You don't need to save it to disc. It's always on steam.

Yes of course you can, After it automatically downloads and installs you have a 'Backup and Restore' option and can backup and restore any title anytime you want, It also gives you the option to backup to CD or DVD sized media. Most people just backup to an external hard drive as that is much easier then burning to disks and quicker to reinstall, but it is your choice how you want to manage your backups

System restore prevents you from reinstalling Windows.

Steam will fix any problems on demand, so
FSX-SE is a safe way to go.

Contact them to reset your account, not sure why you would forget your username though but they would have other records like your email or any other information you gave them.

Usually hackers can lock you out of an account, not saying it happens with Steam but it happens, they have a process to get things going again. I've been locked out of Blizzard and UBER in the past by hackers, it is a pain but you can reset things.

If you have registered your Email address, you can attempt a sign in and then request to reset your password.
