April 6, 20206 yr Okay, thanks, Ernie I'll take a look. I see you live in Lexington. What a beautiful city and countryside. I lived in Prospect, Northwest suburb of Louisville, from 2002 to 2004. During that time we had a terrible ice storm that decimated the beautiful oak trees around Lexington and the horse farms. How do those trees look now?

Good question. I moved here from the Chicago area a bit over a year ago and IMHO none of the area trees match the beauty of the Maple that are abundant farther north.. Perhaps they are still showing the effects of the ice storm.
April 6, 20206 yr Well, that area was stunningly beautiful before the storm and shockingly ugly afterwards. It looked like a war zone. BTW, Prospect is NE Louisville, not NW. I looked at your tutorial. That is no simple task and it's way beyond my interest level, and probably skill level as well. You put a heck of a lot of time into producing that and it's obvious you aren't a casual simmer like myself. I can install liveries and do config file tweaks and simple tasks, but that's about it. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post!

April 7, 20206 yr 😁😁😁 Could have been a college thesis! Don't know how much you've explored in your short time there, but try to get down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Absolutely beautiful country with great history. Also you live in bourbon drinkers paradise! I rode my motorcycle all over KY, TN, NC(lived in Brevard for 4 years) and the entire SE(lived in FL 14yrs). I visited all the distilleries and Civil War sites. Also take a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway to Asheville or further during the Fall color --- breath taking! A good place to overnite on the parkway is the Pisgah Inn. https://www.pisgahinn.com/
