When you are prompted to accept the license agreement, click Yes.4. Extract the files to the following folder: C:MicrosoftKB9280805. Run the Software Licensing System Reset Tool. To do this, click Start, click Run, type C:MicrosoftKB928080resetsldl -All in the Open box, and then click OK.6. Reinstall the product. November 11, 200619 yr I have just done as instructions, and the install has yet again failed with error 1772 and error 1603 at end of rollback. This is getting a little wearing now, after paying

November 11, 200619 yr Same here. The Path seems to end at the C disk. That is where I found the Microsoft KB 928080. Does it by any chance go to C:Windows,where all the rest of the KB's are loaded?

November 12, 200619 yr You download, double click where saved, it will ask where you extract, leave that location. Click Start --> Run --> copy and paste the following in quotes "C:MicrosoftKB928080resetsldl -All" --> click OK, let the computer work for a few seconds, try and install the game.
