No Voice control on Tow to gate.

Not sure if this is a built in feature, scenario is spawn at ramp 41@EDDN and call for a tow to gate 13, everything works fine until ramp asks for release brakes, and then i say brakes released i get no voice recognition from ramp crew, the menu selection works. If i say flight deck to ground it works. is this a bug?
